1. Run a search in any place where the search feature is available (i.e. Communicate >> Send email).
2. Click the [Save] button.
3. Name the search (200 characters maximum).
4. Optional: ‘Pin’ this search so that it can be run easily from your Home page at any time.
5. Click the [Save] button.
