- Go to: Configuration >> Organization Settings >> Application Form Settings.
- If you want to see what the application screen will look like to a new donor, click the [Interactive Sample Form] button. From here, you can also print a page of your application form by clicking on the Print [ ] icon in the top right hand corner of the page.
