Client Impact allows you to create connections between clients and volunteers so that you are aware of which clients are receiving services from which volunteers.   Matches can be used to determine what information about a client you would like to share with your volunteers that serve the client.   In this section we are going to show you how to add a volunteer-client association, how to add notes that can be shared with volunteers who are associated with clients and how to view all of your associations in an efficient way.
